General information on processing of personal data

Since 25 May 2018, the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of naturalpersons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the freemovement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter ‘RODO’)  apply.

Due to the above, we set out below the information and rulesconcerning the processing of yourpersonal data by  Grupa Zboża Wielkopolskie Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością

1. Personal data administrator:

2. Purpose of processing and legalbasis for processingpersonal data :

Yourpersonal data isprocessed for:

  1. the sale and delivery of the goodsordered (basis: Article 6(1)(b) RODO );
  2. fulfillingfiscal and accountingobligations (basis: Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA );
  3. the performance of the freecustomeraccountstorage service (basis: Article 6(1)(b) RODO);
  4. the performance of a contract for the sale of goods (basis: Article 6(1)(b) RODO);
  5. the establishment, investigation and defence of counterclaims (basis: Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
  6. makingpayments (basis: Article 6(1)(b) RODO);
  7. marketing (basis: Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
  8. analytical (basis: Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
  9. statistical (basis: Article 6(1)(f) RODO).

3. Recipients of your data

The recipients of yourpersonal data, whereapplicable, may be: IT system and IT service providers, logistics service providers, marketing agencies, debt collection agencies, the Company's distribution and logistics partners, shared service providers, entities providing legal or tax services to the Company, postal operators and couriers, entities and authoritiesen titled to receive your personal data under generally applicable laws, companies affiliated to the Company within the GRUPA ZBOŻA WIELKOPOLSKIE.

 

4. Transfer of personal data to third countries ori nternational organisations

Your personal data will not be transferred to Member Statesoutside the EU/EuropeanEconomicAreawithoutappropriatesafeguards.

5. Period of retention of personal data

Your personal data shall be processed by the Company for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes referred to in point. 2, and there after until the expiry of the period of limitation of possible claims related to the performance of the contract/order oruntil the expiry of data retention obligations under the law, and in the case of granting consent – until its with drawal. In the case of possible claims established by a final decision of a legitimate authority or a settlement, the period for storing personal data is 10 years from the date the court decision or settlement becomes final.

 

6. Your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data

  1. The right to access and receive a copy of yourpersonal data,
  2. The right to rectify (amend) yourpersonal data,
  3. The right to erasure of yourpersonal data (right to be forgotten),
  4. The right to restrict the processing of yourpersonal data
  5. The right to haveyourpersonal data transferred to anothercontroller ,
  6. The right to object to the processing of yourpersonal data,
  7. The right to withdrawconsent to the processing of personal data


Your consent to the processing of your personal data may be with drawn by you at any time with out affecting the lawfulness of the processing , which was carried out on the basis of the consent before its with drawal. 7. The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority:

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of yourpersonal data violates the RODO.

8. Requirement to provide data

Your providing the data is necessary for the purposes described in point. 2, is a condition for the conclusion and performance of a contract with the Company, results from the performance of obligations arising from the provisions of law or is necessary for the performance of purposes resulting from the Company's legitimate interests.

Failure to provide your personal data or providing not all the required personal data will prevent the Company from under taking and performing certain activities referred to in point 2. 2.

In as far as personal data is collected on the basis of your consent, providing the data is voluntary.


9. Automateddecision-making

Automated decision-making is the making of decisionsaboutindividuals on the basis of automated processing of personal data, which produces legal effects or has a significant impact on the individuals affected.

As a general rule, the Company does not make decisions in an automated manner as described above.
